Features
- DriveNET Neural Network Modeling: Mr. Hector has been fully rebuilt using Aurora DSP’s advanced DriveNET engine—capturing the amp’s gain structure, tone stack, speaker behavior, and even nuanced interactions between channel volumes and power-amp dynamics.
- Dual Amplifier Emulations: Mr. Hector: A 100W ultra-high-gain amp with tight lows, aggressive tone, dual channels with shared EQ, "Bright" and "Mid" tonal switches, and selectable Tube or Diode rectifier for saggy compression or tight response control. The Beast: A three-channel 30W EL84-based amp with Clean/Crunch sharing controls but offering distinct tonal characters, plus a Drive channel featuring Bass/Treble controls, a Mid switch, and a “Character” knob that shapes tone via a simplified t
- Stomp Section: Four built-in pedals (Custom Overdrive—not a simple TS808 clone; OctaFuzz; Crunch Booster; 6-band Input EQ), fully rearrangeable in the signal chain.
- Cabinet Section: Includes 6 modeled cabinets and speaker types (V30, Creamback, MT77, Veteran 30, Deamon, CV75), with 4 mic options per cabinet. Mic position, distance, and angle are all adjustable.
- SpeakerX Engine: Models non-linear speaker behavior using real-time DSP powered by Klippel-based physical modeling. Includes diffraction and coloration to add realism and spatial depth—resulting in a rich, “mic’ed-cab” type of tone rather than a sterile digital output.
